Description:
In August, 1981, authorities recovered the remains of a young Black man alongside a Baltimore Washington Parkway guardrail. He was wrapped in a blue blanket and wore jeans. A canvas straight jacket bearing a medical insignia was found near the body. Investigators estimate he was 15-25 years old, and was about 5’2” and 106 pounds. The young man had distinctive, severely deformed teeth with unusual lengths, odd angles, and gaps.
